Fundamental Key to Success
- is the Ability to Learn

The problem of education is not limited to just our motherland. We live in a world of hundreds of millions of illiterate adults, and hundreds of millions are not literate enough to compete in the work place. But in this same world lives an elite of the technologically advanced, dominating the world.

In the current global knowledge-based, technology-driven economy, the ability to learn may be the most important resource we can offer our people so as to ensure a better future.

We find that the state of primary and secondary education in Pakistan is in a highly unsatisfactory condition. This has a direct impact on institutions of higher learning, which enroll students who have received education in this unsatisfactory environment. This negatively affects the output of these very people when they are part of the work force, and are now trying to progress and keep up with the demands of their company and the work-a-day world.

There is a major problem of teaching and learning, especially in Pakistan.

The main problem is that no one ever taught one HOW to study. One was merely told go and study or was told what to study, but never HOW to study.

This was the MISSING STEP IN EDUCATION!

The solution to this is the Applied Scholastics, Learning How To Learn course. Having done this course, participants will know how to understand anything they study through the application of these learning principles taught in this program.

Description

Assisting companies to reap the rewards of a more honest and trustworthy workforce by restoring corporate values and integrity.

Our homeland is currently facing a challenging phase in its history. A pervasive feeling of insecurity is pushing individuals to engage in actions they might not otherwise consider. People seem resigned to the prevalence of corruption in our society, leading to a sense of helplessness and acceptance. The concept of values is becoming increasingly blurred, with honesty being viewed by some as a weakness rather than a strength. As a result, the importance of good ethics has become uncertain and indistinct.

To tackle these issues, we are introducing a program that emphasizes common sense values, inspiring individuals to operate at a level of efficiency and ethics that promote increased productivity and excellence in their work.

By prioritizing competence and proficiency, our program aims to elevate the importance of hard work and ethics, and encourage individuals to strive for excellence in their professional lives. We believe that by instilling these values, we can help create a culture that values ethical behaviour and promotes a sense of accountability, ultimately contributing to a more prosperous and secure society.

Methodology

The Values and Work Ethics program draws its inspiration from the book “The Way to Happiness,” which provides a comprehensive guide to ethical living. The book offers a clear and concise explanation of why it is essential to maintain ethical behavior in all aspects of life. It outlines 21 precepts, each detailing a specific area where one can practice ethical conduct.

  1. The training is entirely self-paced, that is to say that each person studies at his own pace according to his own ability, in competition with no one other than himself.
  2. This is done by giving each participant a check-sheet which is a detailed document which covers all the steps that are to be done in order to complete the course.
  3. Each person studies at his or her own pace according to their personal ability to learn. Some people could take longer while others could complete the course in less time.
  4. Each participant will be tested on the material studied, on a one-to-one basis by our trainers, through regular check-outs which will be given for the entire duration of the course.

Benefits

Through our program, we aim to help individuals understand and implement these precepts in their daily lives, promoting a culture of ethics and excellence. By focusing on the importance of being ethical and productive, we hope to inspire individuals to take pride in their work and strive for excellence in all that they do. The Values and Work Ethics program is a step towards building a more prosperous and secure society, where individuals take responsibility for their actions and contribute to the greater good.

Each participant will receive a course pack that includes a check-sheet, a course manual, and all the necessary materials for the course. The course manual provides a detailed explanation of the 21 precepts that help one to live a better life.

The check-sheet outlines the steps that need to be completed to achieve 100% comprehension.

During the course, participants will receive regular check-outs to ensure they have understood the material covered. The check-outs are conducted on a one-to-one basis with the trainer and provide an opportunity for participants to ask questions and receive individual feedback.

Description

The Python Programming for Kids course offered by The Tech Academy is designed to introduce young learners to the fundamentals of programming using the Python programming language.

This course aims to make learning programming enjoyable and engaging for children while providing them with a strong foundation for further exploration in the field of computer science.

Methodology

The course employs a study-tech based self paced personalized learning  approach to teaching programming concepts to kids. It may include a combination of the following methods:

  1. Specialized Study-Tech Approach: Incorporating study tech principles can help students grasp programming concepts more effectively, retain information better, and become more self-directed learners.
  2. Visual Learning: Utilizing visual tools and graphical interfaces to make coding concepts easier to understand.

  3. Interactive Coding Exercises: Engaging students in practical coding exercises to apply the concepts they learn in real-time.

  4. Projects: Encouraging students to work on simple projects that demonstrate the practical applications of the concepts they’ve learned.

Benefits

This course offers several benefits for young learners:

  1. Introduction to Coding Logic: Students learn the logical thinking required for programming, which can benefit problem-solving skills in various areas.

  2. Foundation in Computer Science: The course provides a solid foundation in programming that can serve as a stepping stone for more advanced computer science studies.
